Sales Intern
Mission: βTo educate on the Catholic perspective of the human person to form a culture of healing, hope, & life that will allow young men & women to live the truth of what it means to be human.
Duration: 10hrs a week (June 1 - August 25)
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads within dioceses, schools, and organizations.
Reach out via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to establish and nurture relationships with possible leads.
Pitch and present our services, tailoring the message to align with the interests and needs of each potential partner.
Coordinate to schedule talks, retreats, and related engagements, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
Collaborate with the Founders and intern team to develop compelling materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using spreadsheets and google documents.
Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
Actively promote and secure monthly giving through our patron platform, providing information and support to potential donors.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Understanding of or interest in the ministry sector, particularly within diocesan and educational environments.
Compensation:
15% on all acquired talks or retreats
First month payment for an acquired patron
